How Does The Subscription Work?

  • Each subscription holder is assigned a username and password at the time the subscription is purchased.

  • Correct usernames and passwords are necessary to log on and access the program and download the support materials.

  • In the case of group or district/association plans, it is up to the person representing the group, district, or association to distribute the username and password information to those who will be accessing the program online.

  • Ocean East Publishing makes the program available online, but we are not responsible for the transmission of the usernames and passwords that make accessing the program online possible.  Additionally, the username and password information should be recorded and kept on file by a responsible representative of the group, district, or association so that individuals belonging to that group, district, or association know who to contact in the event that the username or password is misplaced or forgotten by individual users.

  • District offices or home school associations might find it helpful to designate several professionally associated individuals as keepers of the username/password information.

  • Subscriptions are for one year and renewable.
